A (mostly) mod compatible Veinminer

Disables Creeper block damage by simulating "mobGriefing = false" only for mob explosions. Creepers still deal player damage, and Villagers continue their normal work since the global "mobGriefing" rule can remain set to "true".

This mod makes the default HUD more compact.
