wowie! an anchor retexture to the anchorblade! so original!

A little thing I decided to do to give back to the Minecraft community. I love Minecraft but it 100% needs something different, so that's what I did.

Changes the progression enough to be understandable but interesting. Also adds fun trinkets to mess with and QOL Improvements.
