A lightweight datapack that adds personal /sethome and /home to vanilla Minecraft using /trigger, no plugins and no mods required.

Automatically replaces harvested crops with new ones when using a hoe. Supports wheat, carrots, potatoes, beetroots, cocoa beans, and nether wart.
