Attepted fix for critical bug in forge that occasionally resets tile entities

Extends enchantment IDs from 256 to 4096.

Improves aspects of minecraft worldgen, namely caves, caverns etc.

My interpretation of how the offhand should exist in minecraft.

Makes detection of vanilla achievements more robust.
