boats in chests now actually match with their respective boat wood variants

adds use for copper tools by making it so that iron now needs copper to be mined and stone will cause it to not drop.

this datapack tweaks the vault and ominous vaults slightly for a better chance at getting widn burst, tridents, and most importantly, the heavy core
