Yukee Shaders 0.7.26

• Added smooth cloud-layer movement and gentle cloud-shape animation.
• Added cloud movement speed and shape animation controls under Atmosphere. Both effects can be disabled.
• Added a cream-gold shooting star with a lavender trail, appearing approximately once per minute in clear night skies. Its position and flight direction vary between events.
• Shooting stars are hidden behind clouds and world geometry and do not appear during daylight or rain. The effect can be disabled under Atmosphere.
• Preserved the original cloud textures, crisp outlines, and soft pastel palette.
