Water release.

New

• Night Light Reflections: lanterns, torches and other lights reflect on night water as vivid coloured streaks (lights must be on screen).
• Bright Night Wakes: boat wakes, splashes and waterfall foam stay bright white against dark water at night.
• Water Sparkles: small cross-shaped sparkles twinkle where the sun reflects on the water (needs Sun Glint).
• Rolling Ocean Waves (off by default): still water rolls in long, blocky waves with white foam on the crests. Wave height slider.

Known issues

• Tinted glass light still does not show on the tested setup: stained glass is missing from the shadow map there, even with translucent shadows enabled.
