OverLight Shader

Fixed Bugs:

• Fixed a bug where Sunlight Glow would get reflected indoors. (#OL001D)
• Improved Morning, Noon and Sunset Sunlight Glow.

One more thing: #OL001D is the Bug no. If there is D at last, the bug is discovered by the developer (me because I play with this shader too). If there is F at last, it is a bug feedback.
