Added config items ENABLE_CLOUD_SHADE and CHEAP_CLOUD_SHADE to disable or lower the resolution of the shade of clouds

Added parallax effect for water waves

Added config items ENABLE_WATER_PARALLAX and WATER_PARALLAX_STEPS to toggle the parallax effect or change the resolution of it

Fixed the selection box
