Cool and Clean Motion Blur shaders.

It wasn't a mod because making mods is hard lol.

Cool settings (not outdated yet)

Options are:

Blur Type = Lunar Client (similar to lunar client), Badlion Client (same as lunar), Clean (clean indeed)
Blur Strenght = 1 - 10 (if you pick above 5. i dont even know what to say)
High Performance = turn this on if its laggy
Simple Lighting = hm
Fullbright = its fullbright you know
