Added:

A subtle, naturally tilted Milky Way band while preserving the dark midnight sky and current stars. A lightweight central dust lane and gentle structural variation. The same subtle band in eligible high-quality sky reflections. Performance design:

No additional texture samples. No loops or volumetric noise. Uses a small analytic calculation and fades out during rain, daylight and obstructed visibility. Please test at midnight from open terrain, looking from horizon to zenith, with and without rain.
