Just Colored Lighting
Just Colored Lighting and Dynamic Lights added to a very fast shader for Potato computers, with optional shadows, texture upscaling, and great PBR support. Voxy and Distant horizons are also supported.

-Defaulted the automatic held light color detection off since there were reports of it flickering (youcan turn it back on in the tetsing menu)
-small bug fixes
-Please reoprt blocks that don't glow right and i'll add them to the override lists
