Just Colored Lighting

-fixed buggy glowing area between lanterns

-stairs and slabs now allow directional, proportionate amounts of light through

-color override list now ensures they glow, so non-light emmiting blocks can be turned into lights too - please submit blocks that glow the wrong color, or don't glow but should, on discord, so that I can add them to the right sections to be fixed
