Just Colored Lighting and Dynamic Lights added to a very fast shader for Potato computers, with optional shadows, texture upscaling, and great PBR support. Voxy and Distant horizons are also supported.

- added copper torches to have a green light, which is RGB customizable
- more light leak options
- confirmed accesories mods that have light emitting things work (toni's immersive lanterns) -requires pbr textures and pbr detection to be turned on
- fixed 'glowing concrete' options to work again
- removed wobble in 'fancy' colored lighting
- cleaned up some code and small bug fixes
