-Better fog: Fog now doesn't change when its sunset, and fog doesn't disappear anymore when entering caves.
-Better Auto exposure: Auto exposure is now seamless, no transitions between low lit areas and bright areas.
fixes:
every bug listed in v1.3.1 and below is now fixed!
