Jasper Shaders

Beta version, better version available.

Added:

-nighttime overhaul: Added fog and less saturation to nighttime.

-Better clouds: Clouds now react to the light making them blend in better.

-Auto exposure: In low light situations, Jasper Shaders changes the exposure to give you better visibility in low light situations like caves.

Known bugs:

-Darkness effect does not work correctly.

-some low light situations dont react to the fog
