Coloured Lighting

!2025-03-12_20 23 50 This can be toggled with the new "colored blocklight" option. Note that it is off by default! Held light sources currently do not support coloured lighting and will use the default lighting colour. I hope to get this fixed soon, but am reluctant to implement a solution requiring me to hardcode the colour of every light source.
