Fixed bugs relating to Voxy/Distant horizons and translucent textures
Known issues that cannot/will not be fixed:
- Chunks rendered with Voxy having no abient occlusion
- Fullbright not disabling correctly on Voxy chunks
- Some items such as redstone when held in the player's first person hand, may have a black replacing the transparent part of the texture
