added a lightmap.fsh file into shaders\core to max out light values allowing for fullbright.
added some blocks into the non cullface category(listed below).

the blocks that where added to the non cullface category are: soul sand, soul soil, warped stem, warped nylium, warped wart block, crimson stem, crimson nylium, nether wart block, and nether bricks
