Y'all It's Winter!

• Updated pack_format to 18.
• Added "supported_formats" field to pack.mcmeta, allowing the pack to be compatible with 1.20.2, 1.20.3, and 1.20.4.
• Added changelog.txt.
• Grass (now Short Grass) is no longer green in 1.20.3 and 1.20.4. (Added JSON)
• The stems of Pink Petals now use a lighter texture and are also no longer green. (Added texture, JSON)
• Updated panorama to the 1.20 one. (for technical reasons, the panorama had to be taken in Java Edition, so special thanks to ShockMicro and/or Ancientkingg (and the Vanilla Tweaks team) for the fix to cloud fog.)
• Sugar Canes are no longer subject to a biome's colors. (Added JSON)
