Visuals

This release updates the project to support 1.21.9 and 1.21.10.

Due to this bug, these versions do not support all the features of visuals, specifically any NBT checks in entity_data fail. Only spawn eggs use this, and any broken models have been removed from this version.

• Updated embedded Visual: Paintings, 2.0 -> 2.2
• Updated the pack.mcmeta so it loads correctly
