VisionSteps Resource Pack

The official Resource Pack for the VisionSteps server. While it can be used without, it will change basically nothing as it relies on mods in the VisionSteps modpack and on the VisionSteps datapack. OK that's all byeeeeeeeeee.

I have been informed that this requires a better description of what it does.

This adds names and colors to the tiers added by the VisionSteps datapack and enabled by the TieredZ mod in the VisionSteps modpack.
