Does what it says on the tin — a "backport" of the Monifactory Universal circuit items to older GregTech versions, as well as three additional textures for the UMV, UXV, and MAX tiers.

Special Credit to WithersChat for creating the original ULV-UIV tier textures as part of the Monifactory project.
