ukia's copper tools
(oxidizing and ingot-like copper tools) change copper tools to fit better with the ingot and armor and oxidize. WITH OXIDIZATION! (visual via durability / decay)

Added spears, fixing their incorrect texture from alpha versions, updated pack.png, moved version number to the description, fixed models being a pixel off center in gui. compatability with my other packs will be done through a different pack now -ukia's tools-
