ucsur galactic

this has only been tested in 1.20.2, but should work in all versions since 18w48a and all releases since 1.13 if i'm correct! let me know if this is wrong though

(if this shows as an incompatible version, that's just because you're not on 1.20.2 - it should work anyway as long as you're using a version this page says it supports! i'm not sure how to do the supported formats range thing yet, sorry :/)
