Torches Reimagined

V1.7 Changelog:

-Tweaked the Torch model to appear slightly smaller in 1st person
-Fixed the some versions in 1.20 and 1.21 not having emissive shader support (aka glowing torches)
-Fixed the outdated mcmeta format so the packs appears up to date in the pack menu again
