Bigger, Better, Tweakier!

This update removes all weapons and tools and packages it into a separate resource pack, for those that like the nostalgic look of the 2d tools and weapons.

Additions:

• Added all ingots
• Added all bricks
• Added all raw ore
• Added gold and iron nuggets
• Added Diamonds
• Added Emeralds
• Added a refreshed version of all books, featuring an open book version for the writeable and written books
• Added a refreshed version of the ender pearl and eye, finally something that I'm happy with!
• And more...

Tweaks:

• Rotated all items and foods to have a more consistent rotation and item placement throughout!
• Fire charges are more hot
• Glowing items are glowier
• Buckets now have more colour to them, no more grey dull ;)
• And more that I dont remember right now lol
