Added support for 1.21.5 since it is the same as any other version as when it got relased didn't notice but now i did, and added support for the new Kyrgyz language file and format.

For versions 1.0x and future versions (until i fix it) if you are a english speaker and you want to use this pack, please use either English (United States) or English (United Kingdom) when the pack is on as it isn't translated yet to the other english languages
