Updated Technicality to 1.20.1
Overhauled Specular Materials so casing/hulls don't look like mirrors, and EBF Coils glow correctly now.
NOTICE 2.X.X Versions will be reserved for 1.20 (GTModern) Where 1.X.X Versions will be reserved for 1.12.2 (GTCEU)
Circuit/Wafer Overhaul is still in progress; expect some textures to be WIP
