Swapixel: How Did We Get Here?

Quick hotfix to fix a couple of small issues:

• Added Weight to the Copper Coat, making it so other resource packs do not override it when it's on the top of the resource pack order.
• Properly added the Tasty Copper texture.
• Added proper credits in the pack's mcmeta & fixed the name inconsistency across versions.
• Attempted to properly display the percentage symbol in the texture pack's name.

NOTE: 10% and 5% version differences are only for how much copper blends in with it's environment, the lower the percentage the more it blends in.

10% IS RECOMMENDED!

Optifine is required.
