Spud's Musical Emporium

It was mentioned to me that Wynncraft had updated it's sounds once more to have a lower register as well. As such I took the opportunity to update the pack with new instruments to each register (like trombones and tuba for lower and horns and trumpet for higher), I also went in and updated some of the previous sounds as well.
