Psora's Tweaks v1.3.0 for 1.21

Changes since v1.2.0:

• Added custom 1.21 panorama variant with Complementary Reimagined shaders and Psora's Tweaks applied
• Implemented Nico4play's "Better Lanterns" resource pack, for better/3D lanterns and chains (current 3D chains changed to be the ones from this pack)
• Implemented LarsMan's "Better Head Holding" resource pack, for players' heads to be more visible when held
• Implemented LarsMan's "Better Spruce Trapdoor" resource pack, for more aesthetic tiling of spruce trapdoors while building
• Updated pack info and compatibility to Minecraft 1.21
