Psora's Tweaks v1.5.4 for 1.21.4

Changes since v1.5.3:

• Implemented Leaf4e's "Accurate Salmon Variation" resource pack into the pack, where salmon spawning in the ocean biomes have their own unique blue texture (river salmon remain red)
• Implemented Rozarke's "Better Boats" resource pack into the pack, where all boats and chest boats now have rounded fronts to be more consistent with their item textures
• Restructured all custom spawn egg files in the pack to eliminate errors and console spam upon loading the pack
• Fixed item frame map json file, eliminating a console error
• Edited pack.mcmeta so the ".zip" portion is dark gray and less distracting from the title of the pack
