Sonic Robo Blast 2 OST

Replaces all in game music with the OST from SRB2 (https://www.srb2.org/download/soundtrack/)

Also changes the text to show the correct song that's playing (English Only) as well as recoloring the music discs to fit the music better.

I recommend setting Music Frequency to Constant and turning on Music Toasts (This can be found in Options -> Music & Sounds -> and then scroll to the bottom)
