Sonic Checkpoints - S1 Lamp Posts

I was retired from making resource packs, but JefferyTheNotepad reminded me about my promise, so I took my chance to update this too.

• Respawn Anchor is now an pedestal instead of an full block;
• The Lamp Post now sits over the anchor pedestal;
• Updated mod icons.
