Der's Smooth Shaded Font (Faithful 32x)

Update v6:

• Pack renamed (formerly known as some font edit) to describe its function more accurately and to make it easier to find
• Updated pack description and pack.png to show the new name and to avoid confusion
• Adjusted versioning ingame (now including font resolution)
• Optimized file size (mainly with new pack.png)
• Removed Herobrine [likely going to be the final update for a while]
