v9+: Respackopts (mod) is recommended to access the new styles!

• Removed "Subtle" style as it was too subtle to be noticeable and it was primarily for testing the style system
• Respackopts should now be automatically installed if this pack is downloaded through any popular launcher
• Added 4 new styles, each supporting 100% of characters
• New Styles: Gray, Rose, Nature, Opal
