Simple Voice Chat Dark Theme

A dark theme for the Simple Voice Chat mod's GUI with matching icons.

This pack's windows are darker than ever, and it includes a few icon replacements to make their usage a little more clear, mainly the whispering icons.

The dark UI option in Vanilla Tweaks' Pack Builder is recommended too.
