Silent Hill Sound Resource Pack

A key highlight of this version is the general audio optimization achieved using "PackSquash," a tool that converts and optimizes all internal files within Minecraft resource packs.

Specific details:

1. All music tracks have been converted to 32 kHz with a 32 kbps bitrate, all in mono format.

This was done to optimize performance and prevent issues during gameplay.
