What is this

As the name implies it changes the textures of swords to make them shorter

How do i install it

Modrinth app way

Click on your modrinth minecraft profile(not your account) and add content on the change the tab to Resource Packs and search this pack and click install

Manual way

drop the .zip file in the resource pack folder(go to options resource packs..., open pack folder)
