New game drop compatibility and small patch

Mounts of Mayhem compatibility:

• Added nautilus inventory

• Added nautilus armor and spear slot icons

• Removed old effect background textures in inventory and added new ones

Vanilla changes:

• Finally updated frozen heart shading to match other hearts

Configuration:

• Updated "latest game drop" subtitle to consist new drop name

Technical Changes:

• This resource pack is switching to the CC-BY-NC 4.0 license
  • This means you will be able to distribute and fork it more freely
  • You can find the license terms in the new LICENSE.txt file.
