New game drop compatibility and small patch
Mounts of Mayhem compatibility:

Added nautilus inventory

Added nautilus armor and spear slot icons

Removed old effect background textures in inventory and added new ones
Vanilla changes:
- Finally updated frozen heart shading to match other hearts
Configuration:
- Updated "latest game drop" subtitle to consist new drop name
Technical Changes:
- This resource pack is switching to the CC-BY-NC 4.0 license
- This means you will be able to distribute and fork it more freely
- You can find the license terms in the new LICENSE.txt file.
