Resource Fixes & Tweaks

• build.py
  • Used more pathlib.Path.
  • Add jsonpatch, when file has .json.pbpatch suffix it patching to stored json file (only), instead of reading.
  • Add Pillow, optimize images when --release (not significant, only reduce 10~100 KiBs).
  • Short args like -r.
• Add a Rust language based build script (show only, not runnable now).

Resource Fixes

Normal variant

• Block_Variants: make x axis deepslate rotate 90° / -90° on y.

Textured variant

• Better_Fast_Leaves: Same as Sodium's fast leaves.

Simplified variant

• Simplified fences (except bamboo fence).
