Lite variant

• Correctly fix Hanging Mangrove Propagule model performance issue.

Normal variant

• Make Lighting Rod use "Some items bigger in GUI" option instead of Block improvements, and it will fallback to a correct model.

Simplified variant (New)

• This is a new variant relates to Textured variant. Resource Tweaks are not affected
• Simplified Hanging Mangrove Propagule, Leaf Litter, Pink Petals, Wildflowers, Dragon Egg block model.
• More model is planned.
