Icon and naming update
- Updated the pack icon with a transparent background, preserving the original character artwork.
- Standardized the pack name and ZIP filename; moved author credit to the description.
- Added the release number to the in-game pack description.
- Kept the lightweight model, animations and public synthetic activation sound from 1.0.1.
Developed for Java 1.21.8; 1.21.7 is detected as format-compatible but has not been tested separately.
