Realistic biomes on java

"Total Overhaul" - second visual update; the next update will focus on optimization and a bit more visual improvements.

Added:

1. "Water fog distance" option.
2. "Leaves" option.
3. Added particles that appear during sunset or sunrise in certain biomes.
4. Added 18 leaf sounds that are only audible during thunderstorms.

Changes/Improvements:

1. Improved fog spawning
2. The "Nothern lightrays" option has been renamed to "Aurora". This option now has three settings: off, new, old.
3. Reworked aurora spawning when "new" is selected.
4. Improved comet movement and spawning; visual appearance updated.
5. Improved moon and sun glare.
6. Fog start and end points completely reworked.
7. Increased the size of the sun and moon.
8. Leaf particle logic completely overhauled.

Fixed:

1. The sun will no longer appear large and bright in snowy biomes.
2. Wind sound volume reduced.
