I have created another pack for Fresh Animations support called Raptor's Camo Creepers X Fresh Animations If you still wish to use this version, the directions on how to install are down below.

How To Apply:

First you must get to this file path: You must go to: Raptor's Camo Creepers > assets > minecraft > optifine in the zip file

Then Read the READ.txt File

After that, make sure that Raptor's Camo Creepers is on top of the Fresh Animations Pack as shown in the image below
