Added dark oak. Added birch Redid Oak door. Added Gravel, sand, red sand, and fern. Redid Pickaxes, Swords, and Axes. Fixed tall grass being a incorrect texture. Brightened up the colormap. Fixed copper ore, Gold ore, Emerald ore, Lapis ore, and redstone ore not being changed. Other minor updates that I forgot.
