Proud Pan Splatters

Changes survival and creative inventory, adding a little splatter. Also, adds veeery subtle Pan flag to hotbar selector.

And now i will tell why i did this: I wanted to celebrate ✨ Month by downloading something themed, but i love vanilla looks very much and i couldn't find anything subtle. So i did something subtle myself. I like this one. I will play with it.
