Classic Colors

Backport of the old wool and shulker textures, and tweaks to the concrete and bed textures to fit in with the old colors, as the colors introduced in the 1.12 update were too saturated compared to the older ones. Glazed terracotta left untouched, can't bother as I personally never use those blocks.
