Completed everything related to the custom arrow texture -now nicknamed as the Arrow Arrow-, along with some painting updates

• Tweaked all textures containing arrows to be Arrow arrows
• Moved the custom painting "Fighters" to "Changing"
• Updated the custom painting "alban"
• Re-textured the painting "Fighters" to have another scene from Megatonto Dance
• Updated pack description

  • Renamed all custom paintings with their artists
  • Renamed all arrow variants to "Arrow Arrow" types
